Therapeutic Wellness for Young Adults
Parental participation is essential to our process. Parents receive updates and insight through weekly calls from their child’s therapist. All parents receive an additional call every week from a parent therapist who helps them work through their own goals and needs in the process. Parents also participate in a two-day family therapy workshop in person with their child.
We believe that a small group of students provides the best setting for therapeutic growth. Our groups never exceed seven students. This means that therapists and field guides are able to provide superior individual attention to each student. It also allows for enhanced safety and relationship-building among peers.
All students receive individual and group therapy sessions with their Masters-level therapist every Monday and Thursday. This means they are never going more than 3 days without seeing their therapist in person. Multiple weekly sessions allow students to go deeper in their therapeutic work and develop new skills and patterns in their behavior.
