Our admissions counselors are genuinely interested in learning about each family’s situation and specific concerns. They will ask the person who calls to share as much of their story as they feel comfortable sharing in an effort to determine if we can provide the right environment for their child, along with their hopes and goals for attendance at a program like True North.
The caller can also expect to receive honest and sincere answers to their questions. Our admissions counselors want to make sure that parents and students know what to expect in terms of daily life at True North, therapeutic goals and program philosophy, family involvement, cost, and any other details that are important to the caller. If parents or students aren’t sure what to ask, our counselors will listen and guide them toward the information that will be most helpful to them as they continue in the process of seeking help for their child and their family.
