True North is pleased to announce a new position in the Admissions and Outreach department. Alison McHugh has commenced work as Research and Alumni Coordinator. Alison’s primary responsibility is to facilitate and manage the research efforts at True North, including meeting all students and families at enrollment and graduation and making personal contact throughout the first year after graduation to gather information about how they are doing. As members of NATSAP and OBHC, True North is committed to making a significant contribution to the industry-wide research studies being conducted through the University of New Hampshire. Alison will also work with the clinical and administrative teams to identify and carry out relevant internal studies that will help improve our services and better support our families. Alison will also be responsible for maintaining avenues of communication for all True North alumni and planning opportunities to stay connected.
Alison has been the warm and friendly face that welcomes families to True North as the Administrative Assistant since 2013. She has the unique combination of being able to make a quick connection and provide support to families in crisis while also being incredibly organized and detail-oriented.
